Happy New Year to all! I hope 2006 was successful to all of you and I wish you even more success in 2007. Since it is 4th of January already, and the New Year's parade is all over now, I will post the worth paying attention events for the next days until the end of January.

last night we were all treated

what can I say, last night we were all treated to an amazing night of music and fun by Ben and the Religion team. Dj's Richard Jones, Hollie and Tony B rocked the building with fantastic funky sets.
I have to say that for me it was the best night out I have been too for sometime in brighton, which was packed with a very sexy and funky crowd it reminded me of the way things were a year ago..

London Cycling Awards

London is famous for having one of the best organized city systems for bikers. At all demonstrations where activists of Greenpeace and other such organizations demand for more velo-alleys, London is given as an example for a paragon-city. You can ride your bike in London and be sure that your or others' life is not risked.
The London Cycling Campaing (LCC as it is known among the young londoneers) is the biggest organized cycling campaign in the world with about 10 000 members!

Tour de France starts in... London!

The biggest annual sporting event in the world, the Tour de France, will start in London in 2007, coming to the UK capital for the first time in its 100 year history. The Grand Départ, the start of the Tour, will take place in London and Kent over three days during the weekend of 6-8 July 2007. It is expected to attract more than a million visitors to the capital, providing a significant economic benefit for London.

Human Zoo: look who's in the cage...!

Betwen 26 and 29 August 2005 in London Zoo people and animals will exchange places... naah, that's only half-true because animals won't come out. However people will be included in the exhibition of the zoo. Wearing nothing but fig leaves, a pride of Homo sapiens will sprawl around in the popular Bear Mountain area of the zoo. The humans will be taken care of properly by the professional keepers, who will not only feed the new guests but enrich their days with various type of entertainment.

Well, here are the most important events that will take place in London, UK within June, 2006. Maybe one of the most interesting events will be the Bon Jovi concert at rebuilded Wembley Stadium on 10th of June. Here are the major events in London for April, 2006. There are some interesting events and concerts including the performance of Depeche Mode at Wembley Arena, which actually took place three-four days ago. And are some sport events, which will take place this month: The Boat Race, which will be the 151st competition between the world's most famous universities, The London Marathon and The London Golf Show.
